Conference to review the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity of the Party Committee of the Group for the period 2021-2025 at the TKV headquarters bridge point

The conference was held in person at the Group's headquarters and online at 4 locations: Production Control Center in Quang Ninh, Lam Dong Aluminum Company - TKV, Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV and Thach Khe Iron Joint Stock Company.

According to the report, in the 2021-2025 period, Party committees at all levels in the TKV Party Committee have effectively led and directed the implementation of documents of the Central Committee, the Politburo , the Secretariat, and the Central Steering Committee on preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negativity. The Party Committee of the Group and its affiliated grassroots Party committees have paid attention to and focused on grasping the political and ideological situation of cadres, party members, and employees to propose solutions to lead, direct, and orient propaganda, dissemination, and dissemination work to raise awareness among cadres, party members, and employees about acts of corruption, waste, and negativity, thereby proactively preventing corruption, waste, and negativity in performing assigned tasks.

Dissemination and propaganda work has been carried out in a diverse manner, with innovative forms, increased use of new communication methods, promoting the role of mass and political organizations, creating a strong ripple effect in the TKV Party Committee and the entire Group; thereby, it has profoundly changed the awareness of cadres, party members and employees about the culture of integrity, non-corruption, good implementation of codes of conduct, ethics and professional responsibility. Mr. Ngo Hoang Ngan - Member of the Government Party Executive Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members, Head of the Steering Committee for PCTNLPTC of the Group delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

At the conference, Mr. Ngo Hoang Ngan - Member of the Government Party Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members, Head of the Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Anti-Corruption of the Group oriented the work of anti-corruption, anti-waste and anti-corruption in the period of 2026-2030. Accordingly, the branches and Party Committees in the Party Committee of the Group urgently developed a specific action program, closely following the instructions of the Central and all levels. In particular, Mr. Ngan emphasized the need to clearly identify the content of corruption, waste and negativity, determining this as a prerequisite task, thereby grasping and understanding the nature of each behavior to have a basis for research, evaluation and giving instructions for thorough handling. Be resolute in leadership and direction to achieve the goal of being determined not to let incidents related to corruption, waste and negativity happen in the Group; promote the role and responsibility of the leader. Strengthen the review of management processes, especially processes, regulations, and management rules in sensitive areas such as coal consumption, processing, materials, finance, economics, etc. At the same time, especially emphasize the importance of "early detection and early handling" right from the grassroots level, from afar. Receiving, listening to, and grasping feedback from cadres, party members, and workers must be carried out seriously and promptly. Each cadre and party member must be a soldier on the front line of preventing and fighting corruption, waste, and negativity.
