The Ca Temple Festival (Hong Linh Town, Ha Tinh ) will take place from November 20-22, 2023 (October 8-10 of the Lunar calendar) with many meaningful activities.

The People's Committee of Hong Linh town has just issued a plan to organize the Ca Temple Festival (Hoang Muoi Palace) in conjunction with a conference to promote and connect tours and spiritual cultural tourism routes in the area.
Accordingly, the main space of the festival will take place in the grounds of the Temple of the Ca Dynasty - Dinh Do Quan Hoang Muoi, in Hau Den residential group, Trung Luong ward (Hong Linh town). The conference to promote and connect tours and tourist routes will be held in the grounds of the Victory Ecological Zone (residential group 4, Dau Lieu ward, Hong Linh town).
The main activities of the festival include: the expanded festival of worshipping the Mother Goddesses of the Three Palaces in the whole province, the contest of wrapping banh chung to offer to the Saints taking place on November 20; the water procession (cap sac) and the procession (the procession of the mandarin Hoang Muoi on his journey) taking place on November 21; the opening ceremony taking place from 8am to 9am on November 22; the folk ceremony taking place from 9am to 11am on November 22.

The 2023 Temple Festival - Hoang Muoi Palace aims to concretize the implementation of Resolution No. 02-NQ/ThuU dated December 31, 2021 of the Standing Committee of the Hong Linh Town Party Committee on strengthening the leadership in developing spiritual cultural tourism in the area until 2025; Decision No. 278/QD-UBND dated February 3, 2023 on promulgating the Project on propaganda and promotion associated with the development of spiritual cultural tourism tours and routes in Hong Linh town. The festival aims to create a breakthrough to gradually develop spiritual cultural tourism, contributing to the successful implementation of the socio -economic development goals set forth by the Resolution of the 7th Town Party Congress.
