From those "fateful" words, she was lured into performing a series of "cosmetic services to change her fate" with costs up to 65 million VND, including nose threading, nasolabial fold thread implantation, eyebrow lift, "lucky" eyebrow tattooing, "lucky" lip tattooing; temple thread lifting, eye tail lifting, wrinkle removal...

The person who did it, claiming to have "learned the magic", asked her to provide her date of birth to "perform the ceremony to worship the goddess" for effectiveness. About 10 days after the intervention, her nose began to swell, become red, painful, and discharge. However, each time she returned to complain, this facility manipulated the customer's psychology, explaining that it was a sign that the body was detoxifying, that the general was moving, and continued to inject more fat into the nose area.

Two weeks later, the area around her nose turned black and purple and spread. When she returned to request treatment, the facility had disappeared. Ms. K. was so confused and scared that she did not dare report to the authorities.

Only when her nose was in severe pain, had discharge and began to rot, did she manage to go to JW Hospital in Korea for treatment.

On October 15, Dr. Nguyen Phan Tu Dung, Director of JW Hospital in Korea, said that the skin along the bridge of the nose was red and inflamed, edematous, and had a central black necrotic lesion, accompanied by surrounding tissue infiltration. This is a typical sign of nasal tissue ischemia due to vascular occlusion or soft tissue necrosis. This complication is the result of threading of unknown origin, combined with injecting a foreign substance.

During the treatment, the team discovered that the patient's nose was full of pus, the infection had penetrated deep into the bone and penetrated deep into the septum. Each time the doctor performed irrigation and filtration, a series of necrotic tissues, melted threads of unknown origin, and clumped fat were continuously removed - indicating that the infection had been going on for a long time.
