During the past term, the trade union activities and the workers' movement at Joint Stock Company 28.1 achieved many outstanding results, making important contributions to the production and business tasks, taking good care of the legitimate rights and lives of union members and workers. In particular, the company's team participating in the 5th Military Garment Skilled Workers Competition won first prize, the average income per capita in 2025 is estimated at more than 13.3 million VND/person/month, and proposed to support the construction and repair of 5 "Union shelters, comradely affection" houses... The Trade Union of Joint Stock Company 28.1 has been proposed to receive the flag of merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in 2025.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Trade Union of 28.1 Joint Stock Company determined to continue improving the quality of trade union activities and the workers' movement, striving with the unit to exceed the annual production and business plan targets with high growth rates such as: Revenue increased by 8-10%/year; profit increased by 8-10%/year; labor productivity increased by an average of more than 8%/year... At the same time, 100% of union members and workers were trained to improve their skills, professional expertise, production management and operation; striving to have 2-3 valuable projects and initiatives of union members.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of 28.1 Joint Stock Company.

Every year, the grassroots trade union ensures that 100% of workers are discussed and participate in collective labor agreements; strives to have 98% of union members achieve advanced status, of which 20% achieve excellent status; 100% of union groups achieve strong status, of which 30% achieve excellent strong status.

The superior delegates congratulated the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Joint Stock Company 28.1 for the 2025-2030 term and the delegates attending the superior congress.

Along with that, the Trade Union of Joint Stock Company 28.1 continues to coordinate to effectively organize the unit's Emulation Movement to Win, associated with continuing to carry out well the movements: "Good workers, creative workers", "5 best, 3 no", "Army Trade Union solidarity, democracy, innovation, development, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers", "Green, clean, beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" ... contributing to increasing productivity, product quality and work efficiency, improving income and welfare for workers.

At the congress, delegates elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of 28.1 Joint Stock Company for the 2025-2030 term and delegates to attend the congress at a higher level.
