Summary of work in 2023, deployment of tasks in 2024

On November 30, the Provincial Emulation and Reward Bloc, including the Farmers' Association, the Labor Federation, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Women's Union, the Provincial Veterans' Association and the Provincial Youth Union, held a conference to review emulation and reward work in 2023 and deploy key tasks in 2024.

In 2023, units in the bloc innovated the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots; coordinated the implementation of activities to care for union members, disadvantaged members, and policy families; promoted the implementation of supervision and social criticism work, and contributed ideas to build a strong Party, government, and political system.

With the theme "Solidarity, creativity, discipline, development, acceleration, efficiency" in 2024, units in the bloc continue to flexibly innovate the content and methods of operation to ensure substance, efficiency, and suitability with reality; mobilize cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, union members and workers to compete to promote initiatives, improve techniques, innovate processes of applying science - technology and technology in production, contributing to the successful implementation of the socio -economic development tasks of the province and the political tasks of agencies and units.

The conference unanimously proposed the Provincial People's Committee to award the emulation flag for leading the 2023 block to the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; and at the same time elected the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee as Head of the emulation block in 2024.

The province's special emulation bloc has 13 participating units, operating in many fields including: Lawyers' Association, Journalists' Association, Union of Science and Technology Associations, Cooperatives' Union, Education Promotion Association, Literature and Arts Association, Representative Board of the Association of the Elderly, Association of Former Youth Volunteers, Association of Revolutionary Soldiers Captured and Imprisoned by the Enemy, Oriental Medicine Association, Blind People's Association, Red Cross Association, Association of Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims. In 2023, the units in the bloc closely followed political tasks, promoted patriotic emulation movements, innovated working methods, and successfully completed the tasks and planned targets. Many models and methods of the units in the bloc have contributed to the successful implementation of the province's socio-economic development goals. The conference unanimously proposed that the Provincial People's Committee award the excellent emulation flag to the Oriental Medicine Association and the Union of Science and Technology Associations; and award certificates of merit to the Lawyers' Association and the Cooperatives' Union.

Implementing the 2024 tasks, the Provincial Emulation Bloc continues to innovate and improve the effectiveness of emulation movements associated with propaganda to promote the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo; focusing on strengthening the association organization, developing members, improving the quality of association activities; promoting the effectiveness of work according to the functions and tasks of each association unit, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals in the locality.

* Previously, on December 29, the Emulation Bloc of central agencies, including the following units: Ninh Thuan Power Transmission (Head of Emulation Bloc), Provincial Statistics Office, Provincial Tax Department, Provincial Social Insurance, Ninh Thuan Customs Branch, Provincial State Treasury and Nha Ho Cotton Research and Agricultural Development Institute held a conference to review the 2023 Emulation Bloc work and deploy tasks for 2024.

In 2023, members of the bloc focused on innovating the content, methods and organization of TĐKT activities in accordance with the actual situation of the bloc; proposed timely rewards for specialized content, new models, typical advanced examples, good people, good deeds... At the conference, the units agreed to choose the Provincial Statistics Office as the Head of the bloc in 2024. With the results achieved, the bloc reviewed and proposed to award the emulation flag to the Ninh Thuan Power Transmission unit, and the Provincial People's Committee's certificate of merit to the Provincial Statistics Office and the Provincial State Treasury.

In 2024, units in the bloc will strengthen coordination and solidarity to strive to excellently complete assigned planning targets and political tasks.
