Traffic police will fine those who run red lights and other violations with photos recording the violations.
In case of direct fines, the force in charge of the traffic light system will coordinate with the traffic police on duty at the checkpoint to notify the violator of red light running to stop and handle. At the same time, images and clips of the violator from the center will be sent to the force at the checkpoint, from there notify the violator.
For late fines, the authorities let the violator review the clip of the entire red light violation before drawing up a ticket.
Notably, the Traffic Police Department affirmed that if a citizen violates traffic laws because they give way to a priority vehicle on duty, they will not be charged with a violation and will not be punished.
