On September 23, when inspecting CMT Company Limited (Thang Dien commune) , the authorities recorded that the enterprise could not present invoices and documents for more than 4,000 moon cakes; had not provided product self-declaration documents; and discovered that more than 6,000 confectionery products had expired.
On the same day, at the MH cake production facility (Thang Dien commune) , police discovered nearly 500 mixed moon cakes with undeclared products and missing ingredient invoices.

On September 24, an inspection of the HS bakery (Thang Binh commune) discovered nearly 5,000 finished baked moon cakes with unpublished quality, lacking raw material documents, and violating wastewater treatment regulations.
On September 25, at KAP Production-Trade-Service Company Limited (Ban Thach Ward) , authorities continued to discover nearly 500 mixed moon cakes with undeclared products and lacking invoices and documents for raw materials.

In just 3 days, the authorities promptly stopped nearly 10,000 moon cakes in violation and more than 6,000 expired candies, contributing to protecting consumers' health and maintaining market transparency during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
