Toyota Corolla Cross 2026 adds new color, price increased by more than 13 million VND

Toyota has just launched the upgraded version of Corolla Cross 2026 and Corolla Cross Hybrid 2026 in the US market, with prices starting at $24,635 (about 645 million VND).

Toyota has just officially introduced the upgraded version of Corolla Cross 2026 and Corolla Cross Hybrid 2026 in the US market, with starting prices of 24,635 USD and 28,995 USD (about 645 - more than 759 million VND) respectively.

Compared to the previous Toyota Corolla Cross version, the selling price increased by 500 USD (more than 13 million VND), accompanied by a series of changes in design, color and equipment.

On the exterior, the hybrid version stands out with a modern body-colored grille, while the petrol version uses a wider and more powerful grille. All versions have new LED daytime running lights.

The interior has been improved with a redesigned center console, increased storage space, and an additional phone holder in vehicles equipped with Qi wireless charging.

The XLE adds the option of a Portobello interior, while customers can upgrade to a 10.5-inch touchscreen, a 7- or 12.3-inch digital clock. Other notable amenities include the Cold-Weather package (standard on the XLE AWD gasoline and XSE hybrid, optional on the LE AWD gasoline and SE hybrid).

On the exterior, the car has a new Cavalry Blue color that can be combined with a Jet Black roof for the hybrid SE and XSE versions. Two new 18-inch wheel designs are also added, including dark gray and sporty glossy black.

The 2026 Corolla Cross gasoline version comes in three versions: L, LE, XLE with FWD or AWD options. The car uses a 2.0L Dynamic Force engine with a capacity of 169 horsepower, combined with a CVTi-S continuously variable transmission. According to estimates, the FWD version achieves a consumption of 7.35 l/100 km, while the AWD reaches 7.84 l/100 km.

The 2026 Corolla Cross Hybrid also comes in three trim levels: S, SE, and XSE, all of which come with electronic all-wheel drive. It uses a fifth-generation hybrid system that combines a 2.0L gasoline engine with three electric motors and an e-CVT transmission.

The engine block produces a total of 196 horsepower. This new 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid model is capable of accelerating from 0-96 km/h in 8 seconds, while achieving a combined fuel consumption of 5.6 l/100 km.

With changes in design, additional amenities and a moderate price increase, the Corolla Cross 2026 and Corolla Cross Hybrid promise to continue to be small crossover models worth considering in the segment in the US.
