The launch of the "Digital Literacy for All" movement aims to popularize knowledge, equip basic digital knowledge and skills for all classes of people, especially vulnerable groups, helping them proactively access, exploit and effectively use digital platforms, contributing to ensuring that no one is left behind in the national digital transformation process.

At the same time, the movement also demonstrates Ho Chi Minh City's strong political determination in implementing and realizing Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation, towards the goal of building a smart, creative and sustainable city.

Mr. Pham Minh Tuan - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City - said that "digital literacy" is needed so that all city residents know, understand, use and master digital technology.

To effectively implement the movement, it is necessary to promote propaganda, mobilization and monitoring of people's participation in the digital transformation process, in order to raise awareness of the role and importance of this activity.
