Ho Chi Minh City deploys the first land price list

On August 26, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Minh Thanh signed a document conveying the direction of the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on the Project to build the first land price list in Ho Chi Minh City.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment (DARD) to advise and propose the preparation of state budget estimates to serve the work of building, adjusting, amending, supplementing the land price list and determining specific land prices in the city. Accordingly, the land price list will be built on the basis of inheriting the results of approving the standards of 3 areas and applied to each area.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Justice and relevant agencies to study the proposal of the Department of Agriculture and Environment related to the selection of an organization to determine land prices according to the shortened bidding method; report, advise, and propose to the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City before September 5.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to update the contents of decrees and regulations detailing the implementation of the Land Law to coordinate with the Department of Justice to report and advise the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on the procedures when issuing legal documents on the project to build the first Land Price List in the City.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of 168 wards, communes and special zones in Ho Chi Minh City was assigned by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to prepare a database on land prices and successful transactions of all routes, road sections by location, area and border points to coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment. At the same time, organize the implementation of land price determination, review and balance the land price database to send to the Department of Agriculture and Environment to implement the work of building a land price list to ensure timely progress.
