According to Ms. Bui Thi Thu Truc - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hoai Nhon Nam Ward Party Committee, the content of "13 orientations for national development in the period 2026-2030" in the draft report is of special interest to party members.

Proposing a mechanism to promote the vanguard role of youth
Mr. Nguyen Duc Quynh - Secretary of the Ia Ly Commune Youth Union - commented: In the part on evaluating the results of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Congress, the draft has not fully reflected a number of important indicators such as the growth rate of labor productivity, total social investment capital, environmental indicators, human development index (HDI), the rate of agricultural labor, the rate of labor with degrees... Therefore, it is necessary to supplement specific data to have a basis for comparison with the goals for the period 2025-2030.
Regarding youth work, Mr. Quynh recommended that the Party and State soon issue breakthrough policies to create conditions for young people to participate in key economic development projects, focusing on young people in remote, isolated and border areas.
Sharing the same view, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh - Secretary of the Ia Phi Commune Youth Union - emphasized: With the spirit of learning, creativity, daring to think, daring to do, young people need to be encouraged to access new knowledge and new technology.
