At the program, the Provincial Red Cross presented 25 electric fans to Agent Orange victims in difficult circumstances in Hong Quang commune. Each electric fan is worth 1.5 million VND.

This activity contributes to encouraging, sharing difficulties, and adding motivation for Agent Orange victims to continue to rise up in life.
