At Huong Son Secondary School, the group presented 100 million VND in cash and some other gifts to the school's staff, teachers and students. Next, the volunteer group also presented 40 million VND to Huong Son Kindergarten, 50 million VND to the Primary School, 50 million VND to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan An Commune, 80 million VND to Tan Ky 3 High School, and 30 million VND to the Tan An Commune Health Station.

On behalf of the volunteer group, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh - Head of the Nghe Tinh Vi and Giam Folk Song Club in Hanoi, Chairman of Thanh Vinh Group shared: the money and gifts this time worth nearly 400 million VND are the sincere feelings of philanthropists, businesses and children of Nghe An from all over the country for the people of Tan An commune. Although this gift is not large, it is hoped that it will be a necessary resource to help the locality quickly overcome the consequences of the recent storm No. 10, believing that Tan An commune will soon stabilize its life, production and teaching at schools in the area.

Previously, during a working trip to Nghe An from October 12-18, a volunteer group led by the Nghe An Association in Hanoi, accompanied by benefactors and charitable enterprises from the North, Central and South, also visited and presented gifts to support flood victims in Kim Lien and Bich Hao communes of Nghe An province and some localities of Ha Tinh province with money and gifts worth more than 1.2 billion VND.
