The Immigration Department and Kim Long Ward Police returned the property to Mr. Klimov Pavel.

Previously, at around 5:00 p.m. on September 18, while on duty at the Huong River walking street, Kim Long Ward Police received a report from a resident about picking up a foreign passport and 600,000 VND. Ward Police promptly coordinated with the Immigration Department to verify the property owner.

The authorities identified the person who dropped the bag as Mr. Klimov Pavel, currently staying at Shark Hostel (Thuan Hoa Ward). The return procedures were carried out on September 19, just before Mr. Pavel was scheduled to leave Vietnam on September 20.

Receiving his property back, Mr. Klimov Pavel was moved and expressed his deep gratitude to the Hue City Police force. He said he would share this story with his friends and relatives so that everyone would know the friendliness and dedication of the people of Hue and choose this city as a tourist destination.
