The contest was organized by the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), with the participation of 27 mobile propaganda teams from provinces and cities nationwide. The time of organization was from August 4 to 9, in the localities: Tuyen Quang, Bac Ninh and Hai Phong.

The contest is an opportunity for localities to exchange and learn; at the same time, it strongly spreads the message of patriotism, the strength of national unity, the spirit of self-reliance of our army and people throughout the 80-year journey of building and defending the Fatherland. Thereby, honoring the generations of fathers and brothers who sacrificed for national independence, encouraging the younger generation to follow the tradition, contributing to the development of the homeland and the country in the new era.
