Research and advise the City People's Committee to promulgate a List of public assets for lease and regulations on criteria, support levels, support forms, procedures and leasing procedures for each type of asset.

The Department of Finance urgently reviews and agrees on a plan to handle unused or unused public properties in the city to lease to small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting industry enterprises, and innovative enterprises for production and business purposes.

At the same time, the Center builds and promulgates electronic procedures for handling administrative procedures; plans to restructure administrative procedure handling procedures; electronic procedures for performing internal administrative procedures under the management of the City People's Committee for 100% of administrative procedures, in order to provide public services to enterprises and business households regardless of administrative boundaries.
