8X Hamlet Chief studies and follows Uncle Ho's example

In recent years, the movement of “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle” has become a deep and widespread movement, spreading strongly throughout the Party and the entire people. From that movement, many typical examples have emerged. In Vinh hamlet, Hao Duoc commune, Tay Ninh province, Hamlet Chief Le Thi Nha Phuong is a typical example.

Born in 1987, Ms. Phuong is a dynamic, enthusiastic and responsible cadre. After graduating from high school, Ms. Phuong participated in social work in the locality. With a studious nature, she constantly strives to improve her knowledge and learn from previous generations of cadres to better serve her work. By 2023, she was honored to join the Party. A year later, she continued to be elected to hold the position of Head of Vinh Hamlet and Deputy Secretary of the Hamlet Party Cell.

Imbued with Uncle Ho's teaching that "Cadres are the root of all work", Ms. Phuong always puts the interests of the people first. When she was a member of the Youth Union, she was active in the local youth movement. When she took on a leadership role at the grassroots level, she maintained a simple lifestyle, close to the people, just as Uncle Ho taught: "Do everything that is beneficial to the people, avoid everything that is harmful to the people".

In every movement, she always takes the people as the center, taking the people's consensus as the foundation. The locality implemented the plan to concretize rural roads according to the motto "State and People work together", she and the hamlet Party Cell, the Front Work Committee and organizations "went to every alley, knocked on every door" to mobilize and explain to the people to understand the long-term benefits of the project. Thanks to that, 21 households voluntarily dismantled fences and crops to widen the road surface.

Not only is she active in mass mobilization work, Ms. Phuong is also a pioneer in applying technology to management and propaganda. Realizing that people's need to access information is increasing, she created a Zalo group for the hamlet to update information on new policies, laws, community activities and good models. She also learned how to film and edit videos to guide people in installing and activating VNeID electronic identification - a small task but brings practical results, helping people save time and access technology more easily.

In addition to her professional work, Ms. Phuong is particularly interested in social security work. She connects with philanthropists to mobilize support for health insurance cards for poor households, families in difficult circumstances, Agent Orange victims and orphans; gifts for households in difficult circumstances and policy families; books, notebooks, and school supplies for poor students; and free administrative support for the elderly and people with disabilities, helping them reduce difficulties in life.

As a social insurance collaborator of the commune, Ms. Phuong spends a lot of time on propaganda and mobilizing people to participate in health insurance. She goes to people's homes to guide them, especially the elderly, postpartum women and people with disabilities, so that everyone can clearly understand their rights and obligations. Thanks to her dedication and closeness, in just the first months of 2025, she has exceeded the assigned target of mobilizing universal health insurance.

Ms. Le Thi Nha Phuong's efforts have been recognized with many valuable awards and titles. In 2024, she was commended by the People's Committee of An Co commune (before the merger) for her outstanding achievements in health insurance mobilization; the Chairman of the People's Committee of Chau Thanh district (formerly) commended her for her many contributions to the movement "Studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh "; Outstanding President of the Farmers' Association, with many positive contributions in crime prevention and control, maintaining security and order in the locality.

“The hamlet chief is not a big position, but he is close to the people, understands the people and can be a bridge to bring policies into life in the most practical way. For me, it is not only a job but also a heart, a love for my homeland, showing gratitude to the heroes and martyrs who died to regain independence and freedom for the country. There are so many mothers, wives and children of them living and working here, so I have to try even harder to not let down the sacrifices of those who died,” Ms. Phuong shared.

With specific and practical actions, Ms. Le Thi Nha Phuong not only contributes to changing the face of the new countryside but also inspires the young generation in the journey of "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style", so that each person can become a "beautiful flower" in everyday life, together building a rich and civilized homeland of Tay Ninh./.
