Kinhtedothi - On January 20, Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Do Anh Tuan attended the conference and awarded the Party Badge on the occasion of February 3, 2025 at the Me Linh District Party Committee.
This time, the Me Linh District Party Committee has 195 comrades awarded the Party Badge. Of which, 17 party members received the 65-year Party badge, 12 party members received the 60-year Party badge, 26 party members received the 55-year Party badge and 15 party members received the 50-year Party badge. For the 124 party members who received the 45-, 40-, and 30-year Party badges, the District Party Committee authorized the branches and grassroots party committees to organize the awarding.
In particular, party member Tong Van Truong, born in 1933, who is active in the Party cell of Hamlet 4, Ha Loi Commune, Me Linh Commune, was awarded the 70-year Party membership badge. At the ceremony, leaders of the City Party Committee and Me Linh District Party Committee presented the Party badge to the party members.
Presenting the Party badge and congratulating party member Tong Van Truong, Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Do Anh Tuan thanked the veteran party members for their contributions and dedication. At the same time, he requested that party members continue to promote their revolutionary qualities, ethics, exemplary pioneering spirit and extensive experience to actively participate in Party and government building, bridging the heroic past and the innovative present, and being historical witnesses to educate the tradition for today's young generation.
Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Do Anh Tuan also acknowledged and commended the results achieved by Me Linh district in 2024. Accordingly, in 2024, Me Linh district strived to complete 16/16 targets assigned by the City, 19/19 targets assigned by the District People's Council. Total budget revenue in the district reached more than 10,000 billion VND, domestic revenue reached more than 3,000 billion VND.
In particular, the district successfully organized the 2nd Me Linh Flower Festival, with the theme "Me Linh is brilliant with flowers", attracting a large number of visitors. With the achievements and results, the Me Linh District Party Committee was ranked by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee as having completed its tasks excellently. This is the 3rd consecutive year that the Me Linh District Party Committee has been ranked as having completed its tasks excellently.
The Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission suggested that in the coming time, the Me Linh District Party Committee should focus on leading and directing the development of plans to implement the set targets and tasks. Prepare well the conditions for directing the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 12th District Party Congress and the 18th Hanoi Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, together with the Capital and the whole country, entering a new era, the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise.
