On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024), on the morning of July 21, comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission visited and offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site; visited and presented gifts to war invalids and martyrs' relatives at the Nghe An Province War Invalids Nursing Center.

At the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac and provincial leaders held a flower and incense offering ceremony to express their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the genius leader of our Party and our people; who devoted and sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and the struggle for peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and people around the world.

Also in Kim Lien commune, the working delegation of the Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission burned incense at Chung Son Temple on Chung Mountain, where the ancestors of President Ho Chi Minh are worshiped.

Established in 1974 with the mission of receiving, managing, treating, and nurturing seriously wounded and sick soldiers, the center is currently caring for and treating 56 seriously wounded and sick soldiers from Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces who participated in the resistance wars against French colonialism and American imperialism, protecting the border, performing international duties, and 1 homeless martyr's wife.

Comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission delivered a speech expressing gratitude to the wounded and sick soldiers.

Speaking to the staff, civil servants and workers working at the Nghe An War Invalids Nursing Center, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee Phan Dinh Trac said: Showing gratitude and taking care of wounded and sick soldiers is the responsibility of the Party and the State, because these are living witnesses in the great wars, for the cause of national independence and unification. The wounded and sick soldiers are old, weak and sick, so the staff and civil servants of the unit must do their best to take care of their mental and physical health in a thoughtful and careful manner. Comrade Phan Dinh Trac hopes that the wounded and sick soldiers will overcome the physical pain caused by injuries and everyday difficulties, and try to live well and healthy.

In addition to presenting gifts from the Party and the State according to the regime, comrade Phan Dinh Trac personally, together with the Central Internal Affairs Committee, mobilized organizations and businesses to give each wounded soldier an additional 2 million VND; TH Group decided to sponsor milk for the Nghe An Province War Invalids Nursing Center to supplement the daily rations of wounded soldiers and martyrs' relatives for life.
