Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Thanh visited and presented gifts to policy families

(GLO)- On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, on August 28, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Thanh visited and presented gifts to war invalids, policy families, and outstanding people with revolutionary contributions in 6 communes: Ia Puch, Ia Mo, Ia Lau, Ia Pia, Ia Boong and Chu Prong.

Visiting the families, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Thanh kindly inquired about their health and life and expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of war invalids, sick soldiers, families of policy beneficiaries, and people with meritorious services to the cause of national liberation and reunification.

Comrade Nguyen Tuan Thanh affirmed that the activities of visiting and giving gifts to war invalids, policy families, and people with meritorious services on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 not only demonstrate the nation's morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", but also contribute to encouraging and adding confidence and determination for families to continue to overcome difficulties and rise up in life; thereby joining hands and unanimity to build a strong homeland and maintain border sovereignty .

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also expressed his joy when seeing that the lives of most policy families in the localities he visited had stabilized, many families had spacious houses, and their children were grown up and successful.

At the same time, he hoped that families would continue to promote revolutionary traditions, set an example in participating in patriotic emulation movements and campaigns; actively contribute to building new rural areas and protecting the country's borders.
