Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Hoang, Principal of the University of Commerce, said that with the goal of training high-quality human resources with the capacity to start a business and innovate, and compete in the domestic and international labor market, in 2025, the school will develop 3 training programs with international career orientation. The new programs include: Logistics and Multimodal Transport Management (Logistics and Supply Chain Management); Event Management and Entertainment Services (Tourism and Travel Services Management); Data Analysis in Economics and Business (Digital Economy).
Along with that, to meet the need for human resources capable of applying artificial intelligence to business operations, the school opened an additional Computer Science major with a training program on Applying Artificial Intelligence in Business.
These training programs will be available for enrollment from 2026.
The school assesses these as areas with strong development trends and high human resource demand in the coming time.

On the morning of October 9, the University of Commerce held a workshop to collect opinions from relevant parties to perfect the training program and university-level output standards in 2025.
Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Hoang said that the workshop is a forum to listen to opinions on knowledge, skills and professional qualities requirements, serving the opening of majors and perfecting training programs.
The comments will be an important basis to help the school and professional units continue to improve the program, meeting social expectations and human resource needs of businesses.

This is also an opportunity for the University of Commerce to meet and discuss training cooperation plans with businesses, affirming the close connection between training and labor market needs.
Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Hoang said that the school hopes to receive the support of businesses in implementing practical, real-life and vocational internship courses, in order to improve the quality, value and competitiveness of learners.
At the workshop, many practical opinions from businesses, external organizations and inspection units were recorded, contributing to the completion of the training program.
By 2025, the University of Commerce will have built 15 international career-oriented training programs out of a total of 45 undergraduate programs.
