Bong Sen Kindergarten: Organizing Mid-Autumn Festival for children in flood-affected areas and students with serious illnesses

On October 3, Bong Sen Kindergarten (Yen Bai ward, Lao Cai province) organized a Mid-Autumn Festival for more than 350 students with many meaningful and practical activities, bringing joy to children on the occasion of the 15th day of the 8th lunar month.

Within the framework of the Mid-Autumn Festival program, Bong Sen Kindergarten donated nearly 40 million VND to support Mai Quynh Anh, a 4-year-old child with leukemia. This amount was donated by staff, teachers and parents of the school. The timely support has helped Quynh Anh's family reduce the burden during the treatment process and at the same time demonstrated the spirit of sharing and caring for students in difficult circumstances.

On this occasion, with the desire to contribute a small part to bring joy to Mid-Autumn Festival to children in areas affected by natural disasters, Bong Sen Kindergarten gave nearly 500 sets of old clothes along with some school supplies, materials, and medicines to teachers of Viet Cuong Kindergarten, Viet Hong commune to deliver to students and schools damaged by storm No. 10. Thereby, timely support for the learning and living needs of children in flood-affected areas, demonstrating the spirit of sharing and solidarity among schools in the province, spreading humanistic values ​​in the educational community.

At the fair, with old toys prepared at home, children will be able to exchange toys with friends. The activity helps children form the habit of saving, awareness of environmental protection; at the same time, strengthen the connection between family, school and students, bringing a meaningful and practical Mid-Autumn Festival.
