From 5am on September 30, fishing vessels that ensure sea safety are allowed to set sail.

The Hue City Civil Defense Command assigned the Fisheries Sub-Department to preside over and coordinate with the City Border Guard Command, People's Committees of coastal communes and wards, lagoons based on standards, wave levels, wind, and vessel capacity to proactively allow fishing vessels to ensure safety at sea. Absolutely do not allow fishing vessels that do not ensure safety at sea, do not have enough capacity and do not have enough safety equipment (life jackets, buoys, communication systems) to go to sea.

The Department of Fisheries, the City Border Guard Command, and coastal communes and wards must notify the control stations; at the same time, monitor weather developments at sea and maintain communication with vessels.

Hue City Hydrometeorological Station forecasts that on September 30, the sea area around Hue City will have winds of level 4-5, normal sea weather, favorable conditions for fishing vessels to operate at sea.
