Tuan Ngoc is the 1st runner-up in regret, Puerto Rico won Mr. World 2024

The final night of the Mr. World contest ended with the highest title belonging to Danny Mejía Romero from Puerto Rico.

The evening of November 23, the final night of the competition Mr. World 2024 took place at NowaWard Phan Thiet, with the competition of more than 60 kings from countries and territories around the world.

The male contestants went through the following competitions: Dance of the World, Ao Dai, Sportswear , Vest Performance and Behavior. The judges selected the top 20, top 10, top 8, top 4 and then selected the male contestant.

The top 10 included Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Czech Republic, Spain, Angola, Kenya, India, Türkiye, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka. The judges then announced the top 8, then the top 4 included Puerto Rico, Spain, Angola, and Vietnam.

Danny Mejía Romero from Puerto Rico won the title of Mr World 2024 .

The 1st, 2nd and 3rd runner-up titles were awarded to representatives from Vietnam, Spain and Angola, respectively.

In addition, the organizing committee awarded secondary awards such as: Best National Costume (representative from South Sudan), National Costume voted by the audience (Sri Lanka);

Mr. Sports (Puerto Rico), Head To Head Challenge (USA), Mr. Talent (Puerto Rico), Top Model (Türkiye), Multimedia Challenge (Italy), Beauty With A Purpose - charity project (Myanmar)...

According to the organizers, Danny Mejía Romero, 27 years old, graduated with a bachelor's degree in health sciences in 2019. He also tried his hand at being a singer and dancer since he was 13 years old.

Danny Mejía Romero performed at Miss World Puerto Rico. He says music is his way of expressing himself and connecting with people.

"I sing mostly R&B, pop and ballads in many different languages, but more English, Spanish and French" - the new Mr. World shared.

Promote Vietnamese culture to the world

Opening the show, the king Pham Tuan Ngoc impressed with flute playing and martial arts dancing. Combined with this performance was a drum performance by the Polish king, creating a musical space that blended Vietnamese and European culture.

The vibrant performance, performed by continent, delighted the audience. The American male group appeared with a dynamic style to the music with strong Latin or indigenous culture of the region. Africa. The joyful performance of the European and Asian kings made the audience want to dance.

Exciting performance by more than 60 male kings

The audience could not help but be proud when the kings presented their collections. Ao Dai by designer Tuan Hai.

Designs with dragon, phoenix, bronze drum motifs... with the desire to promote Vietnamese culture out into the world. Maybe because it was their first time wearing the ao dai, the male pageant kings did not have many natural performance movements.
