Commendation of typical advanced models in the period 2020 - 2025

On August 28, localities in the province held a conference to commend typical advanced models in the period 2020 - 2025.

* Quang Hung Commune

Over the past 5 years, the patriotic emulation movement in Quang Hung commune has developed strongly. The movements "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", "Join hands for the poor - leaving no one behind", "Green Sunday", "Cadres, civil servants and public employees compete to practice office culture", digital transformation movement... have been implemented synchronously and effectively, creating a widespread influence. The poverty rate decreased from 2.55% in 2021 to 0.54% in 2024; 49 poor households received support to build and repair houses. Administrative reform, e-government construction, learning society, environmental protection, infrastructure development... have all achieved many outstanding results.

With outstanding achievements, over the past 5 years, Quang Hung commune has had 7 collectives and individuals receiving Certificates of Merit from central ministries and branches; 1 collective and 13 individuals receiving Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; 250 individuals achieving the title of Advanced Laborer, many individuals recognized as Emulation Fighters at the grassroots level.

At the conference, 1 individual was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister, 5 collectives, 1 household and 37 individuals were commended by the Commune People's Committee.

* Tong Tran Commune

In recent times, the patriotic emulation movement in Tong Tran commune has developed strongly, becoming an important driving force to help the locality complete many socio -economic development goals. The rural appearance has improved, infrastructure has been invested synchronously; the fields of culture - society, education, and health have made much progress; people's lives have been constantly improved. Over the past 5 years, the commune has had hundreds of collectives and individuals recognized and rewarded by all levels and sectors. Among them, 1 individual was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister, 18 individuals were awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and 30 individuals achieved the title of grassroots emulation fighter.

In the period of 2025 - 2030, Tong Tran commune continues to promote patriotic emulation movements, promote sustainable economic development, improve the material and spiritual life of the people, and strive to achieve the model new rural commune standards by 2030.

At the conference, 1 individual was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister; 1 collective and 8 individuals were awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; 9 collectives and 37 individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement in the period of 2020 - 2025 were awarded by the Commune People's Committee.

* Nghia Tru Commune

Phase 2020 – 2025,   Emulation movements in Nghia Tru commune have been widely and practically deployed in conjunction with the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, security and defense, and building a strong Party and political system. Over the past 5 years, the whole commune has had 75 collectives and 82 individuals commended at all levels; of which 10 collectives and 28 individuals were commended and commended by the Provincial People's Committee.

At the conference, the commune leaders launched the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030 in the area. In particular, focusing on a number of tasks: Strengthening propaganda and education on President Ho Chi Minh's ideology on patriotic emulation; effectively implementing emulation movements to build new rural areas, build cultural life in residential areas, develop the economy associated with environmental protection...; focusing on building a team of dedicated, exemplary, creative, professional and skilled cadres and civil servants, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

On this occasion, 26   Collectives and 55 individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2020 - 2025 period were commended and rewarded at all levels.
