Mr. Can Anh Tu - Head of the Project Department of the Hoai Duc District Construction Investment Project Management Board said: "Currently, the project is still stuck in the site clearance work with about 100 households in Son Dong commune. The reason for the slow site clearance work is because the new land law has caused policy changes so we have to wait, along with the resettlement area under construction that has not been completed yet."
