Extensive propaganda to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of Vietnam Trade Union

At Lao Cai province, the conference was attended by leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation, officials and experts from departments under the Provincial Labor Federation.

The conference thoroughly grasped the basic contents of Instruction No. 156 - HD/BTGTW of the Central Propaganda Department on propaganda to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union.

Accordingly, widely propagate the glorious tradition of 95 years of Vietnam Trade Union and of the Vietnamese working class; the position, role, functions, tasks and great contributions of the Vietnam Trade Union organization in 95 years of formation and development. Thereby strengthening trust, arousing pride, promoting the responsibility of the entire political system, of all levels, sectors, and employers in building an increasingly strong Vietnam Trade Union organization and taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers and laborers.

Through the commemorative activities, it contributes to creating unity within the organization and consensus among cadres and union members to effectively implement the goals, targets and breakthroughs of the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.

The commemorative activities are organized with focus, key points, creativity, practicality, efficiency, economy, bringing benefits to union members and workers, suitable to the actual conditions of the industry, locality and unit.

For Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, a plan has been issued to organize activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union. In particular, each grassroots trade union strives to have 1 project, task, and celebration activity; organize an online contest "Resolution of the 13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union, Resolution of the 17th Congress of Lao Cai Trade Union"; reward outstanding collectives and individuals in the trade union system...

Delegates at the connecting points expressed their opinions and contributed to the draft of the 2024 Workers' Month Report of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. At the conference, the content and rules of the 4th "Union Arms" writing contest in 2024 were deployed.

Concluding the conference, comrade Ngo Duy Hieu, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, requested that trade unions at all levels, based on the guidance content, organize and coordinate to widely, diversely and effectively propagate the 95-year tradition of building and growing the Vietnam Trade Union organization, and at the same time review and urge the implementation of Plan No. 17/KH - TLĐ of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to organize activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union to ensure practicality, effectiveness and suitability to the actual situation.
