It is estimated that by the end of the 2023 budget year, the disbursement rate of public investment capital in Thach Ha ( Ha Tinh ) will reach 100% of the assigned capital plan.

In 2023, Thach Ha was allocated 1,143,690 million VND. Of which, the capital managed by ministries and branches is 458,364 million VND; the central budget and provincial budget support 312,271 million VND; the district budget manages 208,479 million VND; the commune budget manages 164,576 million VND.

According to information from the District Finance and Planning Department, as of November 30, 2023, the disbursement rate of capital sources reached more than 98%. Of which, many disbursed capital sources have reached 100% such as: capital sources managed by ministries and branches; capital sources managed by commune budgets. The capital sources supported by the central budget and provincial budget have so far disbursed 99.10%.

It is estimated that by the end of the 2023 budget year (the end of January 2024), the entire district will disburse 100%. This is the highest capital disbursement rate ever in the area.

From now until the end of January 2024, Thach Ha will continue to focus on disbursing capital from the new rural construction and poverty reduction program, which is allowed to be extended from 2022 to 2023, and the capital will be allocated in 2023 as soon as the volume of payment acceptance is available.

At the same time, direct investors and project management boards to continue to strengthen the disbursement of the remaining capital when conditions for advance payment and payment are met. Strengthen the inspection and supervision of works and projects to ensure progress and quality; promptly remove related difficulties and problems to complete the target of disbursement of public investment capital.
