The final match of the Women's Volleyball World Championship was full of excitement when the Italian and Turkish teams created a tight match, competing fiercely for points. As expected, the opposite setter Melissa Vargas played brilliantly, scoring important points for the Turkish team. Meanwhile, the opposite setter Paola Egonu of the Italian team played poorly, but her teammates Sylla and Antropova "shared the fire" effectively, thanks to which the Italian team won 25/23 in the first set.

The second game saw the Turkish team explode with efficiency in both attack and defense, creating an "unbelievable" 11-point difference (19/8) before winning with a difference of 25/13, equalizing the score 1-1. This was the game that the Italian team coach had to take Paola Egonu out, her teammates played out of rhythm, disappointing the fans while Melissa Vargas, Erdem and Karakurt shone for the Turkish team.
