At the Conference, the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo 's decision on the transfer and appointment of comrade Hoang Van Nghiem, Secretary of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of Son La Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, from October 15, 2025.
