Meanwhile, in the classic bodybuilding category for male athletes under 1m60 tall, athlete Pham Van Phuoc of the Vietnamese team won gold medal.
This is the 7th gold medal of the Vietnamese delegation at this year's world championship. On the first day of competition on November 9, we had 5 gold medals. The most notable of which was the gold medal in the men's 55kg category won by "ant" Pham Van Mach.
Pham Van Mach himself will compete in the most prestigious event of this year's world championship, the all-around event. The all-around event is also the final competition of the tournament, taking place today (November 11).
Previously, speaking with Dan Tri reporter, Pham Van Mach revealed that he had undergone months of very strict training before this year's world championship.
For about a week before the tournament, Pham Van Mach in particular and top athletes in general, can only drink about half a liter of water/day. This is intended to make muscle groups more defined during competition, but can easily cause depression for athletes, if they do not have good will and perseverance.
