Meanwhile, Ly Trac Hien owns the song copyright and all of his father's vinyl and antique collection. Ly Khong Thanh's son said that if the inheritance he holds generates profit in the future, he will donate it to charity.
Ly Trac Hien also posted a photo with Lam Tinh An and his late father, and hoped the public would stop making bad speculations about the relationship between stepmother and stepchild as well as the division of his family's assets.
Over the past few months, the noise of Ly Trac Hien accusing his stepmother - Lam Tinh An of forging his late father's will has become the focus of public opinion.
The late musician's son claimed that his stepmother drafted the marriage certificate, the trust property, and held his father's hand to stamp it, while Ly Khon Thanh was still lying in his hospital bed.
"Many witnesses said that at the time of making the documents, my father was very weak, he could not write a will, sign or stamp the documents. So how did she get those documents?
Lam Tinh An massaged my father's hands every day, not because she wanted him to get better, but because she wanted him to be able to write documents and make a will to leave his assets to her," Ly Trac Hien accused.
He said he is preparing documents to sue Lam Tinh An in court. Relatives of the late musician claim to have evidence that Lam Tinh An illegally appropriated property.
The "grandfather-grandchild" love story between Ly Khon Thanh and a girl 40 years younger once caused a stir in public opinion.
As for Lam Tinh An, in an interview with the media on May 30, Lam Tinh An appeared calm, not paying attention to the negative accusations from Ly Khong Thanh's relatives. She also said that she had received the death certificate and brought her husband's tablet home to worship.
Regarding the information that she prevented Li Kuncheng's descendants from visiting his home in Taiwan, Lin Jing'en firmly denied it. She admitted that she changed the door lock but gave the new key to Li Zhuoxian.

Ly Khon Thanh passed away from colon cancer at the age of 67 on April 10. According to his will, the late musician left 1.6 million USD (more than 38 billion VND) in assets to his young wife Lam Tinh An, while to his children he only had two words: "sorry".
