On the afternoon of March 15, a source from Dak Lak Provincial Police confirmed that the unit had decided to conduct a surprise inspection of Asia Life Joint Stock Company (located at 18/99 Nguyen Van Linh, Ea Tu Commune, Buon Ma Thuot City) - a business that produces Kera vegetable candy.

"We are working on it and do not have specific results to provide yet," the source said.

Asia Life Joint Stock Company is a partner in producing Kera vegetable candy for Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company (HCMC).

The Dak Lak Department of Health Inspection Team inspected this company and took a sample of Supergreens Gummies (96g/box) produced at the company and sent it to the National Institute for Food Safety and Hygiene Control to test food safety quality according to regulations.

Dak Lak Department of Health is waiting for test results to process and report to the Department of Food Safety ( Ministry of Health ).

During the press conference on the afternoon of March 14, Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company confirmed that it had sold more than 100,000 Kera vegetable candy products to the market. However, before that, a representative of Asia Life Joint Stock Company said that from November 2024 to now, it had signed 3 product processing contracts and supplied 40,000-50,000 boxes of Kera vegetable candy.

When reporters discussed the discrepancy in the number of products released to the market between these two units, a representative of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company said that there was a mistake in the statistics of the number of products sold after reviewing the sales invoices between the factory and the company.

Regarding the above information, a leader of Dak Lak Department of Health said that he had assigned the Department Inspectorate to check and grasp related information.

Specifically, on March 7, Dak Lak Department of Health established an inspection team at the headquarters of Asia Life Joint Stock Company.

In addition to taking samples for testing, the authorities also checked the legal documents of Asia Life Joint Stock Company; the conditions of the company's facilities, personnel, and equipment; production processes; traceability of raw materials, additives, and declaration documents for food packaging...

Recently, TikToker Hang Du Muc and Quang Linh Vlogs apologized for over-advertising the benefits of Kera vegetable candy produced by Asia Life Joint Stock Company.

On March 6, Miss Thuy Tien also spoke up about the incident of advertising Kera vegetable candy.

On March 14, TikToker Hang Du Muc, Quang Linh Vlogs and representatives of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company bowed their heads to apologize to consumers for the controversy related to advertising Kera vegetable candy.
