Currently, Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat is the ward with the largest number of schools in the inner city of Da Lat with 27 schools from kindergarten to high school, including 19 public schools. Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Health to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Police and relevant units to quickly verify, clarify the reflection, investigate responsibility and report to the Provincial People's Committee before September 23. At the same time, the working groups will increase surprise inspections of collective kitchens, especially at large-scale schools, to promptly correct violations and ensure food safety.
Regarding the education sector, the Provincial People's Committee emphasized the need to strengthen coordination between schools and the Parents' Association to promote the role of supervising boarding kitchens. Teachers and students must also be equipped with basic knowledge to protect themselves from the risk of poisoning and foodborne diseases.
