"Overcoming the sun and rain" at the Xuyen Tam canal construction site
In the scorching heat of August, at the project of dredging, improving the environment, and building infrastructure for Xuyen Tam canal (HCMC), a team of engineers and workers are busy implementing the XL-03 package (section from Luong Ngoc Quyen street to Vam Thuat river) with the spirit of "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain", in order to soon bring the project to the finish line.
