Binh Minh Commune resolutely handles land violations

HNP - On September 26, the People's Committee of Binh Minh commune organized the enforcement and demolition of illegal land constructions, strictly maintaining discipline in the management and use of agricultural land.

According to statistics, the whole Binh Minh commune currently has 40 cases of construction on public land and agricultural land. Specifically: 1 case in the old Thanh Cao, 21 cases in the old Cao Vien, 9 cases in the old Binh Minh, and 9 cases in the old Cu Khe.

Before carrying out the enforcement, all forces were present at the commune People's Committee headquarters to meet to disseminate and agree on the plan. At the scene, the enforcement decision was announced publicly, witnessed by agencies, organizations and a large number of people.

The People's Committee of Binh Minh commune mobilized all forces, vehicles and workers to participate. The functional forces set up ropes, protected the scene, strictly controlled the situation, and ensured absolute safety. After that, the working group organized the dismantling of all violating items, completely handled the construction, and returned the land area managed by the commune to its original state.

Chairman of Binh Minh Commune People's Committee Nguyen Dang Viet affirmed that all violations will be handled in accordance with regulations, no restricted areas, no exceptions. In land management, Binh Minh Commune always focuses on propaganda and mobilizing people to voluntarily comply with the law. For cases of intentional violations, the authorities will resolutely handle them, not allowing them to recur in order to maintain discipline, ensure synchronous and sustainable development, and contribute to building Binh Minh Commune more and more civilized and modern.
