The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of An Giang Provincial Youth Union to appoint the Executive Committee of Dong Hoa Commune Youth Union, Term I, consisting of 25 comrades, the Standing Committee of 7 comrades; Comrade Le Van Nhin holds the position of Secretary of Dong Hoa Commune Youth Union.

The Congress set out a number of key targets for the 2025 - 2030 term: Strive to admit at least 1,000 new union members; introduce 60 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration; coordinate with sectors to build 5 new Charity houses for union members and youths in difficult circumstances; support 10 youths to do business , with an amount of 30 million VND/youth; build at least 1 youth project in the commune.
