

To implement, Luc Yen Commune Public Administration Service Center advised the Commune People's Committee to issue Document No. 209 dated July 31, 2025 on implementing administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries; publicly posting decisions and lists of administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Center and on the Commune's electronic information portal and social networking sites.
According to the Decision, there are 133 administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of provincial departments, branches and sectors; 10 administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the People's Committee at the commune level.

Ms. Phung Thi Thu Huong - Deputy Director of Luc Yen Commune Public Administration Center, said: Since implementing administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries, up to now, Luc Yen Commune Public Administration Service Center has received and guided 10 cases of citizens. Of which, 6 cases received documents for citizens of Muong Lai Commune and Tan Linh Commune; 4 cases guided citizens to submit documents online to the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and Lam Thuong Commune. The documents are mainly related to procedures for registering the establishment of enterprises and business households.
In the coming time, Luc Yen Commune Public Administration Service Center will continue to further improve the reception, settlement and return of results of administrative procedures for people and businesses, and at the same time well perform the settlement of administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries according to the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee, contributing to strong changes in administrative reform, bringing convenience, significantly shortening the time to settle procedures, helping people to be served anytime, anywhere.
