* At Tra Doc commune, on October 21, the People's Committee held an urgent meeting to deploy a storm and flood response plan according to the "4 on-site" motto.

The commune assigned cadres to stay close to the area, especially in villages and peaks at risk of landslides, to promptly direct and handle arising situations.

A shock force was established, on duty 24/7, ready to deploy for rescue. The locality has fully prepared food, necessities, medical supplies, and support vehicles.

Schools in the area are required to ensure absolute safety for boarding students and not let them go home on their own during floods.
