After the Southeast Asian U23 Championship, coach Kim Sang-sik will have the opportunity to test himself at the 33rd SEA Games in Thailand.

According to the draw results, the U23 Vietnam team is in Group B with Cambodia and Laos. Coach Kim Sang-sik and his team will meet U23 Laos on July 19 and U23 Cambodia on July 22. To prepare, the U23 Vietnam team is currently training in Ba Ria-Vung Tau.

Recently, coach Kim Sang-sik has shortened the list of Vietnam U23 team from 36 to 28 players. According to the plan, before leaving for Indonesia to participate in the tournament, Mr. Kim Sang-sik will continue to finalize the list of 23 players according to the regulations.
