The sinkhole has an area of about 100m2 , the distance from the surface to the water is about 10m and the specific depth has not been determined.
Immediately after the sinkhole appeared, Ngoc Long commune inspected the scene, stretched ropes around it, and put up signs warning people not to come near to ensure safety.
Ngoc Long Commune also reported the incident, requesting that the relevant authorities promptly send specialized staff to inspect and determine the cause, level of danger, and have specific solutions.
