Using electronic invoices (E-invoices) is an important step in the digital transformation process of the Tax sector, aiming to provide convenient tax services to people and businesses, promoting transparent business. Recently, the Tax sector has implemented many solutions to promote the issuance of E-invoices for each sale in business activities.

The Provincial Tax Department coordinated with relevant units to organize conferences, seminars, training, and exchanges to promptly resolve problems; created conditions for units providing software solutions on electronic invoices to share solutions; resolutely handled slow-moving stores...   Thanks to that,   Quang Ninh is one of the first localities in the country to complete the creation of electronic invoices after each sale at all petrol stations, including 93 enterprises with 189 stores.

Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang, Store Manager of Petrolimex Gas Station No. 1, Quang Ninh Gas Station Branch, said: Creating electronic invoices for each sale at a retail gas station is extremely necessary. The store has been invested by the Company in infrastructure, software and a synchronous connection system from the pump to the accounting department of the store and the business to ensure that invoices are created immediately after completing the customer's gasoline purchase transaction. Information on tax codes, pumping time, vehicle license plates, amount of gasoline, oil, etc. are all updated on the invoice, integrated with Petrolimex's management software system, sent to the Tax Department for monitoring and control; helping the store manage effectively, prevent fraud, save costs, time and human resources.

Creating electronic invoices after each sale is an important solution that not only helps businesses to easily account for their business, create market transparency, and build trust with customers, but also helps tax authorities build a complete, centralized, and continuous database platform. The electronic invoice with the tax authority code will be created immediately after the customer makes payment. This invoice is sent to the customer online or directly. Creating, issuing and issuing electronic invoices not only helps us to increase control of sales transactions, but also helps customers save time, ensure their rights and protect their own interests.

Mr. Ngo Ba Son Tung, Sales Director of Acman Technology Development Company in Quang Ninh region, said: In order to facilitate business households in complying with tax regulations, from February 2023, the unit will promote the deployment of sales accounting software integrated with electronic invoices generated from cash registers. Not only integrating features of goods management, customer management, report creation, inventory management, the software also helps business households easily issue electronic invoices with tax authority codes according to regulations immediately to customers generated from cash registers. Currently, the whole province has more than 1,000 business households using this software.

Along with that, the Provincial Tax Department maintains the organization of selecting and awarding prizes to individuals and business households in the "Lucky Invoice" program. Individuals and business households who purchase goods and services and obtain electronic invoices with tax authority codes and on invoices with full identification information of the buyer have the opportunity to win "Lucky Invoice". The program is organized with the goal of encouraging the creation, issuance and use of electronic invoices when buying and selling goods, contributing to building a transparent business environment and avoiding loss of state budget revenue.
