2 leaders and 4 officials of a Provincial Party Committee asked for early retirement

In order to facilitate the work of arrangement and organization, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission has 6 comrades who voluntarily wrote applications for early retirement, namely: Comrade Le Van Quoc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee; Comrade Mai Thi Thanh Thuy, Deputy Head of the Committee; Comrade Tran Phi Luc, officer of the Department of Mass Organizations and Associations; Comrade Hoang Van Giang, officer of the Department of Mass Mobilization of State Agencies - Ethnic and Religious Affairs; Comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Thai, accountant; Comrade Nguyen Quang Cuong, driver.

Leaders, cadres and party members of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission visited the Hall of the 2nd National Party Congress at the Kim Binh National Special Relic Site, Kim Binh Commune (Chiem Hoa).

According to comrade Le Van Quoc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Deputy Standing Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, since the Party's policy and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission has coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee to advise on the development of a Project on merging the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee with the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission. At the same time, attention has been paid to and good implementation of the dissemination and propaganda work to make cadres and party members unify and agree to implement the province's policy. In the Party Cell meetings, agencies, cadres and party members are informed about the purpose, requirements and significance of the agency merger and consolidation. Thereby, cadres and party members have high consensus in the implementation process.

The Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission is also an agency with many cadres who have worked for decades, always completing assigned tasks well. Although they retired early when they still had a lot of enthusiasm, for the common cause of the Party and the State, to facilitate the organization and apparatus arrangement in the spirit of Resolution 18, the comrades voluntarily wrote their resignation letters. The comrades were commended by the Party Committee in front of the Party Cell for their exemplary spirit, leading by example.

Comrade Tran Phi Luc, born in 1965, has worked for 33 years, of which 22 years have been with the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission. According to regulations, he will not reach retirement age until September 2027. Comrade Luc shared that he understands the importance of the "revolution" of streamlining the organizational apparatus, and he himself has taken the lead in implementing it. His decision to retire early, as well as that of the leaders and cadres in the Commission, also creates conditions for young cadres to contribute and develop.

As an officer of the Department of Mass Mobilization of State Agencies - Ethnic and Religious Affairs, having the opportunity to be close to the grassroots, comrade Hoang Van Giang said that during his work at the grassroots, he himself received many opinions expressing the people's agreement and high consensus on the policy of streamlining the apparatus to develop the country. Each cadre and party member agrees to support and accept to sacrifice a part of personal interests to achieve the common goal of the collective, also creating conditions for young people with the capacity to develop, creating leverage for units to develop significantly. This is also a condition to improve people's lives and future generations will enjoy the results of this great policy.

With the viewpoint that "retirement does not necessarily mean quitting a job", "any position, any job, any aspect can be contributed", "when the province needs to contribute opinions on policies and guidelines, we are still ready", the leaders and cadres of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission have been exemplary in implementing the policy of arranging and streamlining the organization and apparatus of the political system. Stemming from the spirit of "impartiality", the comrades believe that the dedication and the mark in the years of dedication in the industry and field in charge are the most valuable things.
