Two motorbikes collided on Yet Kieu Street

At that time, two young men, PDH born in 2008 in Lac Duc village, Hung Dao commune and TCM born in 2009 in Ngoc Chan village, Tai Son commune (both Tu Ky district) were riding motorbike 34S1-019.25 on Yet Kieu street in the direction of Hai Tan intersection to Tu Ky district. The motorbike carrying H. and M. collided with a Honda Wave motorbike painted blue-black without a license plate going in the opposite direction. On the Wave motorbike were two young men, D.VC born in 2007 in Ho Lien village, Vinh Hung commune (Binh Giang) and VPH born in 2007 in Kim Xa village, Cam Doai commune (Cam Giang).

As a result, D.VC and PDH died on the way to the emergency room; VPH was injured and taken to Viet Duc Friendship Hospital for treatment; TCM was injured and is being treated at Hai Duong Provincial General Hospital.

Some locals said that last night in the above area there was a group of teenagers riding motorbikes at high speed, weaving and swerving.
