On the afternoon of November 6, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a conference to train and foster tourism skills in Dong Hung district.

Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism delivered opening remarks at the training conference.

200 delegates from the communes of Dong Cac, Nguyen Xa, Phong Chau listened to some contents: general introduction, dissemination of regulations on tourism activities; environmental protection work in tourism development; skills to handle situations when receiving tourists; psychological characteristics of tourists according to market, gender, age; types of tourism businesses such as accommodation, food, shopping; introduction of smart tourism portal... Delegates were given documents serving the tourism sector of Thai Binh .

Through the process of training and fostering tourism skills, people in Dong Cac, Nguyen Xa and Phong Chau communes will promote the advantages of local intangible cultural heritage, master knowledge and skills in welcoming tourists, show hospitality, create a good impression in developing community tourism, thereby contributing to tourists' desire to return to visit and experience Dong Hung and Thai Binh province.
