60 billion VND to join hands to eliminate temporary houses in Thai Nguyen

On the afternoon of July 24, at Ban Don hamlet, Tan Ky commune, the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province coordinated with the Ministry of Public Security to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the house construction site under the Project "Building 1,000 houses for people, achieving the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in Thai Nguyen province after the province's merger from the proposed budget support from the Ministry of Public Security".

Delegates attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a house for Mrs. Au Thi Dinh's family, Ban Don hamlet, Tan Ky commune.

The house that was started to be built belongs to the family of Mrs. Au Thi Dinh (born in 1963), a poor household with especially difficult circumstances, living in a temporary house for many years.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee Hoang Thu Trang affirmed that the removal of temporary and dilapidated houses is not only a social security policy, but also an action demonstrating the political determination of Thai Nguyen province after the merger, contributing to building Thai Nguyen to develop quickly, sustainably, humanely and not leaving anyone behind.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Party Committee and authorities of Tan Ky commune in particular and the communes and wards in the northern region of the province in general to continue to carefully review and approve to ensure the right subjects with the "3 no" requirements (no wrong subjects, no missing subjects, no complaints or lawsuits during and after the implementation process) so that the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses can be carried out promptly, ensuring publicity, fairness, transparency, quality and efficiency.

At the program, representatives of the leaders of Loc Phat Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank presented 50 billion VND; Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank presented 5 billion VND and BRG Group presented 5 billion VND in sponsorship to Thai Nguyen province to implement the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses.
