Bac Ninh: Paying insurance benefits to relatives of victims in the boat capsize in Ha Long Bay

BAC NINH - On the afternoon of July 25, a working delegation of insurance companies including Bao Viet Insurance Corporation, Saigon - Hanoi Insurance Corporation, Post and Telecommunication Insurance Corporation and Military Insurance Corporation led by Mr. Hoang Cong Khoa, Director of Bao Viet Bac Giang Company, visited, encouraged and paid insurance benefits to relatives of 3 victims in the tourist boat capsize in Ha Long Bay.

The three victims of the capsized boat in Ha Long Bay include: Mr. Luong Van Yen (born in 1985) and his two children (one born in 2014, one born in 2019) in Pho Moi residential group, Tan Yen commune ( Bac Ninh ).

Representatives of insurance companies pay insurance benefits to relatives of victims.

Here, Mr. Hoang Cong Khoa and representatives of insurance companies gave 90 million VND to the victim's family representative (30 million VND/victim) in the presence of the neighborhood leader. This is the insurance amount according to the travel insurance policy for visiting Ha Long Bay.

The delegation members also kindly asked about and shared the loss of the family; encouraged the victims' relatives to soon overcome the pain and stabilize their lives.

Timely payment of insurance benefits is not only a legal responsibility but also a humanitarian act, demonstrating the spirit of sharing and accompanying the victim's family to overcome pain and loss of insurance units.
