Abolish the policy of additional support for early retirees when streamlining the apparatus

The People's Council of Hai Duong province has issued a resolution to abolish Resolution No. 01/2025/NQ-HDND dated February 20, 2025 of the Provincial People's Council on support policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers who quit their jobs during the implementation of organizational restructuring in Hai Duong province.

Previously, on February 20, the People's Council of Hai Duong province issued Resolution No. 01/2025/NQ-HDND on support policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers who quit their jobs during the implementation of organizational restructuring in Hai Duong province.

However, on March 15, the Government issued Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in implementing the reorganization of the political system.

Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP removes the regulation that the Provincial People's Committee, based on the local budget balance capacity, submits to the People's Council of the same level to issue additional support policies for subjects under its management.

Therefore, the People's Council of Hai Duong province issued a resolution to abolish Resolution No. 01/2025/NQ-HDND dated February 20, 2025 of the People's Council of the province on support policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers who quit their jobs in the implementation of organizational restructuring in Hai Duong province, which is necessary to ensure the provisions of law.
