On January 16, Thanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department organized a program to select "Lucky Invoice" for the fourth quarter of 2024.

At the program, under the witness of the Supervisory Board, the Organizing Committee randomly selected from 301,708 eligible invoices. These are the invoices created in the fourth quarter of 2024 by taxpayers, managed by the Provincial Tax Department on the centralized electronic invoice system of the tax industry.

As a result, there were 44 lucky invoices of individuals and business households winning prizes. Among them, there was 1 first prize worth 10 million VND for customer Tran Thi Tuoi who purchased goods from Hoang Long Trading, Service and Import-Export Company Limited; 3 second prizes each worth 5 million VND; 5 third prizes each worth 3 million VND and 35 consolation prizes each worth 2 million VND.

All winning invoices are electronic invoices with tax authority codes and the buyer is an individual or business household. Lucky invoices are invoices with tax authority codes, with full buyer identification information (tax code, CCCD/ID card/Passport) and do not include: Cancelled invoices, adjusted invoices, replacement invoices, invoices with duplicate tax code information of seller and buyer.

It is known that from 2022 up to now, every quarter, Thanh Hoa Tax Department has organized lucky draws and paid prizes under the "Lucky Invoice" program, to encourage consumers to get invoices when purchasing goods and services, creating civilized consumption habits, buying and selling goods must have invoices and legal documents, protecting the rights of buyers. In the coming time, Thanh Hoa Tax Department will continue to promote propaganda work, encourage people to participate in the "Lucky Invoice" program, to protect the legitimate rights of buyers and improve tax management efficiency.
