Handing over the Military Command of 4 districts to the Defense Command of Region 4 - Chu Prong

(GLO)- On the morning of June 25, in Chu Prong district, the Gia Lai Provincial Military Command held a conference to hand over the district-level Military Command to the Regional Defense Command of Region 4 - Chu Prong.

At the conference, representatives of the Military Commands of Duc Co, Chu Se, Chu Puh and Chu Prong districts briefly presented the minutes of handover of the Military Commands of the 4 districts to the Regional Defense Command 4 - Chu Prong.

Receiving the task in the spirit of unity and consensus, Lieutenant Colonel Dang Quoc Van - Commander of the Defense Command of Region 4 - Chu Prong - emphasized: In the coming time, if any issues arise that need to be discussed, we hope that all parties will promptly provide information and coordinate closely to complete the task well, especially in the context of urgent time and large workload. Lieutenant Colonel Dang Quoc Van also hopes that local Party committees and authorities will continue to pay attention and create favorable conditions for the Defense Command of Region 4 - Chu Prong to complete the assigned tasks well.

The conference also announced the decisions of the Provincial Military Command on dissolving the Military Command of 54 communes in 4 districts and deciding to establish the Military Command of 21 communes under the new administrative unit.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Le Thanh Tung suggested that on the afternoon of June 25, the Defense Command of Region 4 - Chu Prong organize activities, thoroughly grasp the tasks of organization and staff; quickly stabilize the situation of the staff and soldiers and assign tasks according to the characteristics of each locality.

The Defense Command of Region 4 - Chu Prong urgently started to build a system of documents and combat plans; organized patrol and guard forces, and grasped the situation in the area. At the same time, gradually consolidated the living conditions for officers and soldiers in the existing conditions, ensuring combat readiness and mission performance.
